No telephone conversation about any info will be discussed, that's the rule.
Also, when send in letters etc, must include personal pictured ID and proof of shareholder-ownership documents
Otherwise, it will be treated as rubbish--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'Is Complete and total Bunk'
My personal experience is that I got his voice mail
And he returned my calls in the afternoon
Now, email is used
Although a conversation with Larry
may not be like one may think
He cannot tell you if That S1 will Pass or This S1A etc
Or If there is a current investigation Blah Blah
They are quite open to information shared
He will pass information along to the proper departments
Can explain the correspondences with the company..
He will also tell you that the SEC does not Deal with, Merit,,
But does deal in Disclosure and Fraud Issues
Both have lenghthy meanings...
And will discuss The Company's Requirements
Tell you the SEC's Concerns and Duties
I can say however, he is aware of Katx/Bvig
Has recieved and Ever Growing number of calls..(And Complaints)
And understands the Very Nature of Pink/OTC
He is quite eagar to Help, Listen, and Learn.
Again
One may thumb through this..written by..The SEC

There is more than one that fit the bill on Katx/Bvig
some would say it all does,, Lol ;)
But
There is One that is Painfully Obvious...to This board
And the SEC can access any and all needed records
When you Lump it together
Put it in a Pile
It Stinks
OTC Style

To reiterate when/IF the SEC declares the prospectus as “effective,” or in legal compliance...
It's not a recommendation to buy as a good investment.
The prospectus may be distributed to potential investors, but it’s still preliminary and contains the red warning notice.
The prospectus is supposed to contain all material information about the offering. So the last thing their firm’s legal advisers want is for some company representative to make an off-the-cuff remark that’s not in the prospectus, that someone later on tries to construe as relevant. HINT - AFFIDAVIT

“Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored”.
I welcome diverse opinions and comments, but I’m not responsible for interpretation or ability to comprehend.
Occasionally I will respond to egregious critics (out of morbid curiosity).
