They get their information (like otcmarkets.com) from the filings

Per the filings (which Mr. Weber signs, and so he if was to lie, I'm sure jail time would be in his future), the O/S has been 2.25B since June 30th.

After several calls to the TA (as they are no longer gagged) by myself, the O/S has not increased (though I haven't called in a week)
