I agree, Eagle, and you can count me as one of those still holding hope that the technology prevails over Shiva but with this new "partner" company and the Host fiasco what is left for we shareholders? What do we own?

Shiva smiles and shakes your hand while stabbing you in the back so it will not surprise if he quickly sells a billion shares at .0002 and .0001 and then announces operations starting in South America or Africa. What a use of money travelling the world.

We have heard about Texas, Vegas, Peurto Rico, the West Coast and then no follow-up at all. We don't even know the facts with Double Tree and Philly but yet Shiva is releasing PR's full of crap just to dump.

What do we own? Where is the money going? Is he selling shares to fix the problem that supposedly exists in Philly? Does he even care anymore about Iowa and Philly? These questions remain unanswered.....new Shareholders keep coming but for how long? How many noteholders are there left? What exactly is the equity financing? Is there revenue coming in? These are questions that can be answered that will help the pps and then make selling by Shiva meaniangful. This crap of pump and dump on BS is/has killed/killing this once great idea.
