dmo....makes sense just seems like giving it a little room to breathe makes more sense. That said, the lower is stays the more shares they can convert so I guess to the debt holders it just doesn't matter.

you would think that if Shiva actually had something in the works that might move this thing that they would hold off a little more than the day of the announcement of a weak PR.....IMO.
