Well lets see, he spent 9 years of his life in Club Fed due to his conviction for money-laundering, and he never did provide testimony on any of the other criminals and/or criminal organizations he was involved with during his drug smuggling, honor among theives I guess, and he seems to be proud of it to this day, then you have his Felony arrest a few years which he was able to plea bargain down, this Perlowin guy has a well documented and long standing background in criminal activity, especially financial crime, its highly unethical for anyone like that to sit on a BOD or operate a public company, in fact, most Corporate bylaws disqualify convicted felons automatically, especially those convicted of fiancial crimes, the fact is, his background casts a very large black cloud over this whole operation, whether he has changed his ways or not.
