I was talking on the phone with EI the other night and when the subject of AICPQ came up we both thought that perhaps too much focus has been on Granite RE..when the real elephant in the room is us!!... with our $120 Million dollar Cap Trust Pfd Claim!
Granite RE has no seniority over us here ..except to say that in the event a "Bill Ackman type" investor showed up he/she would most likely seek a settlement with Granite Re first. I know we would. Once they're out of the way you buy every trust prd share you can get your hands on ..and or.. make a tender offer to holders.
