5. Due to defendants'[solucorp] deceptive and illegal conduct, plaintiff and the other class members purchased their Solucorp shares at grossly inflated prices and have lost all liquidity in their investments as a result of the trading suspension. Had plaintiff and the other class members been aware of the truthful condition of the Company and the adverse impact that defendants' omissions were having on the Company, they would not have purchased their shares, or at least not at the artificially inflated prices at which they purchased those shares.

The quote above from the C.A. suit is representative of my sentiment pertaining to solucorp. I wish you the best with your interest in solucorp.
Yet, as it pertains to GTGP and more specifically, my interest in GTGP, I do not consider solucorp germaine to my positions. Solucorp had the goose that laid the golden egg and now they don't. Why not?
Now, Jim has the golden egg and he (along with US- the investors) are reaping, and will continue to reap, the benefits of solucorp's decision to 'sell' Jim the rights.
The million $ question for you... If solucorp held the patent for technology that was potentially worth Billions world wide- why would it 'sell' those rights to Jim (Global Technologies Group 'negotiated' the rights)... for ANY amount?
Please enlighten me.
