They cannot accept Deposits, they cannot transfer, it is Globally locked, so your information is bad based upon likely not getting the information that BEHL is now Globally Locked or old information. It was Friday, late afternoon when the DTCC Notice went out, so likely not getting info on the Global Lock. If he did deposit it is NOW frozen, so they cannot transfer.

I certainly did not say all brokers stopped trading, but almost all of them will not allow trades at this point. Etrade may allow trades today but that is to balance the books and then they eventually stop allowing trades. The only broker that continues offering trading service is Schwab.

But please go ahead and think that it will all be good with a Global Lock in place..lol.. ok...
