e-DMEC Announces Major Sales and Fulfillment Agreement Monday February 24, 7:01 am ET
WALNUT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2003--Diamond Entertainment Corporation (the "Company"), dba e-DMEC (OTCBB:DMEC - News), a leading dealer of videocassette and DVD titles to the budget home video & DVD markets, announced today that it has entered into a sales and fulfillment agreement with Spotlight One LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY - News), to direct market DVDs and videos in association with Blagman Media International (OTCBB:BMII - News). The first title in the series of titles will be a DVD 3-pack with an option to choose the product in a videocassette format, featuring the comic performances of Red Skelton. The Red Skelton 3-pack will feature eight hours of performances. If the first TV promotion proves to be successful, Spotlight One LLC plans to direct market up to four titles over the next year utilizing this same strategy.
The direct response commercials that will be produced by Spotlight One LLC, will be sixty and ninety seconds, which are intended to be "rolled-out" over the United States beginning in late March utilizing a platform strategy designed to minimize costs.
Diamond is anticipating an increase in its fulfillment service revenues as a result of this new TV promotional marketing program and has taken this opportunity to expand its fulfillment service capabilities to attract other new customers.
