The market is imperfect, and doesn't always reflect the value of stocks. There are a lot of reasons that can be suggested for why the stock is underpriced, but I do think it is. If you don't, you shouldn't be long.

Are you going to be saying this same thing for the year it could take them to get their OTCBB listing? They're already planning it and started work on it. But wait... that was in the PRs, too, so you should dismiss it???

Heck if you want to be in only listed stocks, you shouldn't be looking at this stock at all, right?
