"Monofil" is a canard, IMHO.
The master agreement talks about ragger tail and the Jacksonville site is a ragger tail site.
Rock Tenn doesn't need JBI to process it's pristine monofil plastic. It has tons of options. It wanted someone to take the uneconomical ragger tail off its hands. JBI said "We can do it and we'll pay you 20% of whatever we SELL it for".
Rock Tenn said fine.
Now, if JBI can get another PIPE or two, get the permits for Jacksonville, build a p2o site, get it running and processing ragger tail, in another year, we may find out if their claim was true.
Maybe make that 3 PIPEs.
I'm sure it's all spelled out in the supplemental agreement. I wonder why JBI hasn't provided that yet.
I receive NO compensation to post ANYTHING. I AM NOT short this stock.
