I've had a few too many r/s with Scottrade and I've never been charged. Must be situational? I agree though that they are extremely slow. 6 weeks seems to be the norm for sure.

This is all my own opinion, even if it is based on facts. We're all old enough to make our own decisions. Get educated before you put your money to work. GLTA
