Not fair to yell dilution when there is no evidence of the O/S rising in August yet, nor is it fair to blame the CEO for it as you don't know who has been getting the shares in the past. Most companies would simply gag the TA to hide the fact they are diluting, which RFMK hasn't done. IMO dilution is coming to an end, if it hasn't already, and Tom is working on full transparency...
