Have you discussed the last two financing with the Finance Committee? What were there recommendations? 7. There was agreement on brining in a high powered CEO for TPW? What has transpired? Where is the status of the search? 8. How do you explain the use of $35M in funds to prove up less than 1m in mineable ounces? With the existing burn rate how many OZ will you have before requiring additional financing? 9. EXS is made up of a number of properties. The market is giving zero market cap for those properties. What are you doing to provide shareholders with some value on the portfolio of other properties? 10. Given we find ourselves in an environment that we cannot raise funds.
