Insiders With Preferred Shares Before the R/S?? The preferred shares are not even listed on the Nevsos site. SEC filing was just now in August. They might be trying to attract large investors, possibly with dividends and achieving credit ratings. Preferred, do not usually give voting rights. Detais could be in another 8-K. Imagine SSOL filing even another 8-K. Lolol.

Did SSOL Insiders buy the Pref shares before the Reverse Split occurred in order to maintain control??
