Paying for Fidelity overhead. Giving them your money divied 50% large caps and 50% MM at 1% will definitely leads to no appreciation for last 2+ years I base it on the sorry statements they have been mailing me every month as employer. They are running a negative rate of return of 0.1 -0.2% per month.
