It says right in the news it's a 10 year purchase agreement. The first 12 months will total $250 million.

$1.8 billion in funding equates to over $20 million per share in cash. It's trading for $0.35.

This is a multiple dollar stock about to change its name, symbol and uplist to a major exchange.
