shorts covering- no. FINRA reports 300 million shares short. False information posted on this board about 1 billion shares short.

hedgies covering- no. There are no hedgies manipulating the stock. When asked for names, non are provided.

non toxic funding- no. There is none in place and non coming. This would require an 8K and is more rumors floated on message boards.

distributors- ID Matrix is GONE and IMDS has not informed the public other than to remove them from the website. Shimadzu has removed everything related to IMDS or the CTLM from their website. IMDS has not made any public disclosure about this.

buyouts- None- Would require an 8k. IMDS stated in their latest SEC filing there is nothing they are aware of regarding any buyout or merger. Another rumor promoted on message boards.

pre orders- no. IMDS has not released anything to the public. This was another false rumor floated on a message board.
