If formalizing a JV will be the triggering event, then it seems to me we may be quite awhile from that point, which suggests to me, unfortunately, more price erosion?
Fortunately, the remaining global litigation cases have sometime line structure to them and they may come to a close no later than the end of the year, I believe.
The company's been totally silent with us on the SEC matter and I can understand that.
As I've posted awhile ago, I've been in penny stocks where an SEC investigation result was never disclosed/ even though seized original documents returned took place, and in another case where after a number of years, shareholders writing their congressman requesting some closure brought results.
I mention these examples as it's impossible for us to put our arms around the SEC matter vis a vis timeline. My sense is that it's still in it's early stages and that some posters judgements greatly exceeding the 3.5 million are way off, even if the treble damages claim is applicable?
Which all makes me wonder why our incredibly helpful past poster, with his own iHub web site, nwhose name escapes me, has been so quiet?
Regarding the SEC, from Gary R recent Q&A, the treble damages does not apply to this case or type case. The delay in this case this summer was a technicality as the SEC simply hadn't registered for the submission of digital documents for the court. From what I gather, the wait is more of an informational one now as ACTC wants to see exactly what happened. I'm expecting an amount up to the dubiously obtained funds noted to be forked over to the SEC...
I think Rocky would post if there was significant info to share, but so far, nothing has become material....there is plenty of speculation to the effect that a JV couldhappen anytime and regardless of pending old business...etc.
