Shorts shouldn't touch this at this point. The Test run and corresponding contract have been well documented. MSE as well and then there's the benchmark. There are some thoughts on this board that the benchmark might take a while because we are dealing with government here but I don't think so. It's the government that has boxed the industry into a 12 month corner and they know there's a lot of work to do to get 118 kilns up and MBS running within that time frame. They'll use that benchmark to push their agenda imo.
