I think the NORM disposal wells have to be sending the contaminated fluids into a secure sealed formation or it wouldn't be so hard to get licensed for NORM. The NOW disposal wells can probably be drilled in a lot of places.

The sellers today must have bought at higher levels during the long price decline since Spring. Like I mentioned, I hope it's not the ex CEO. He probably has a lot of shares.
