I am not talking about the elements. I am talking about the physical parts of the fuel cell, so the hydrogen stations will appear there from out of nowhere..the fuel cell needs to be stored in something, see that metal all around the fuel cell. You need energy to create it (for example the chips the are needed to run it are created out of oil) we can go on...energy is needed to create it and you cant get away from oil...
