CSGH - Sorry for the delay, I went to bed. Your right OTC stocks don't have to have stockholder meetings. OTC stocks don't have to file form 4's when they buy or sell their stock. the DEF14 also would contain useful information like those holding over 5%. So you won't know that either.

I didn't see or look for a Son in the 10K's, I was using the key word daughter in all of them to find that total, they used to own.
Was their any more questions I over looked?
