Despite telling everyone for years that the filing of an IND is around the corner, there are those on this board, and elsewhere, who have many reasons to believe that CYGX has a problem in that someone else has a patent on a necessary component part (i.e., the backbone)of it's magic potion. While the problem has always been around, CYGX's first vague reference to it was several months ago. But all you should have to do to find out is ask someone at the company as lots of people have apparently heard about it.
