I am just looking this one over now but this seemed to stick out.

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 9,800,623 common shares as of August 17, 2012.
9,800,623 *500 = 4,900,311,500 pre-split

Smell Test ???

EastCoastCdn, again you refer to dilution?? Also the letter "D" speaks for itself. In March, Insiders held about 1.1 Billion as the Float was almost 400 Million pre-split.
