Lol..i've seen that b4. Does NOT apply to the systematic shorting, undercutting of ask, incorrect block sizes and other forms of manipulation i have witnessed on L2 since March 2nd! While i'm not disputing that short sales do appear this way it does not apply to the shorting and naked shorting of ASYI that has obviously occurred. jmo
