It is my understanding GOSY has filed counterclaims against Wallace for each of his lawsuits. Please provide information where GOSY has filed a lawsuit against Wallace which was not a counterclaim. Also, getting a default judgment is not "winning" two judgments. Where is the "win" in that? I still think Wallace is a total screw up and just has a personal vendetta against Mr. Spencer.
