All orders are legal unless they are overturned on appeal. You can't legally refuse to obey a court order because you think it's illegal. How will marty appeal? The only evidence submitted was the opinion letter from Wallace's expert, a former Division Chief at the SEC who said the order was perfectly legal. I'm sure Wallace hopes marty spends a few more grand appealing. He might want to check out DE Supreme Copurt Rule 25. LOL!!!!!
