High points of a chart isn't as significant to a stock like this. CAVR isn't a pos PND stock. This company is a oil producer with solid fundamentals that will be driven by market conditions, oil prices and a number of other factors. Remember the pps through the entire time frame of your chart there was also a fund raising campaign for the company. The vendors selling has stopped so the price should eventually return to the price the market dictates. And IMO it should be over 2 cents
