Why conix, are U claiming America has an Imperial Presidency that governs by edict? Are U actually in denial re; the role played by Congress in finding and applying solutions to our nation's ills?

Contrary to Republican Catechism getting rid of a duly elected President is NOT Congress's "Job One".
