I addressed my post as a response to you, but I intended it to be a response to everyone on this subject of religion. My intention is not to single you out.

Others here have been quoting chapter and verse, and in doing that they are emphasizing so-called fact over philosophy. I have a problem with that.

I don't want to wear this out, but religions are based on Faith, not fact. That opinion (of mine) gets me in trouble with most religious people, as they tend to believe so strongly that they believe that it is all fact (and even written in stone).
