EastCoastCnd, that's from the last 10-K. Are SSOL securities registered with Section 12? Also, within, there are many amendments to exemption. I'm only going by the pre-split O/S and the Float within. Next March, in the 10-K we will know, unless they offer the structure in the coming 10-Q.
