Interesting...what was the issue, and was it finally resolved?

Off the top of my head (and somewhat fuzzy).

Supposedly the key patent was issued to the inventor for an invention created while he was working at some other company..

There is nothing to resolve as the assignee is PPHN and the other company never took action for any sort of theft of IP.
