I think they would have needed more than a few million to buy APS bud .. ( unless they new they were close to being closed down )
Maybe Andrew Coldicutt got cold feet after learning the SEC was indicting his brother for penny stock fraud.. He is the ATTY that signs off on all of VLNX's filings
