A development company with forward momentum
SWKJ is making moves that are consistent with a developmental company that's actively seeking to grow via legitimate work based on their business plan. Here is a summary of the developments over the past 2 months, based on the PRs. You can read the related PRs and see that SWKJ only releases PRs when the news is definite and complete. There really is no fluff to it. It tends to read very well, and with a logical ramp-up in activity. It is reasonable to expect that they are now following through on the developments, and that we'll hear about any plateaus reached when they occur:
Jul 18: Completed acquisition of commercial property in Chiefland, FL for buildout/sell-off.
Aug 1: Hired VP of Construction Operations Joe Pavicic (20 yrs of constr. exp, former Marine); also hired a Project Manager, and Sales/Mkting guy.
Aug 10: Prestige Asia appointed Asian rep., buys 8.5 mill shares of stock.
Aug 15: Contract commitments of $600,000 so far (up to $2M in pipeline for fiscal '05)
Aug 17: Reduced share structure to 500 million Authorized.
Aug 26: Secured loan for $1.26M to complete Chiefland, FL project (based on PR, funds receive within 30 days)
Sep 9: Submitted proposals for Thailand Govt-financed housing project
This is the building phase of the company. I expect that we'll hear about the Thailand project soon, as well as additional local contract commitments.
