WHY stocks go up and down for dummies.Read

I am sick and tired of all these naive traders shouting dilution everytime a stock price falls.

Stock prices fall down for many reason, here are few below

1. Supply and demand. More sellers than buyers means the price will fall.

2.SHORT SELLERS SHORT SELLERS( IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF SHORT SELLER, PLEASE GOOGLE IT. NOTE number 2 will lead us to number 1, which is more selling than buying.

3.Unfavorable financial news, NOTE number 3 will lead us to NO 1, which is more seller than buyers

4.Any other bad news or good news

5. Good news means there probably be more buyes, than sellers.

The next time a stock price is falling, consider other causes and don't jump to dilution.

CHETRA744 This is not directed towards you, but other traders who are guilty of SHOUTING DILUTION everytime a stock price drops.

I BELIEVE THAT THE HUGE AMOUNT OF SELLING IS BEING DONE BUY SHORT SELLERS.(Note: sometimes short sellers can be a good thing for a stock)

Once again I recommend traders to GOOGLE the term SHORT SELLER.
