Where in the world do you get the idea there are going to be private placements of shares intermittantly. All indications are that this is going to be a rights offering to current shareholders where shareholders will be given somewhere around 30 days to decide if they want to particpate. Someone brought up the idea of warrants attached to the rights. All that does is provide even greater dilution and more uncertainty. Someone else mentioned toxic financing and death spirals. I'm not saying we're going there but when you start talking about 3 billion shares being authorized that has to be taken into consideration.

If there are any terms in this upcoming offering where more shares get issued depending on the share price then I would be outta here quickly.
