They take shareholders money by dilution and then in effect want them to buy back their own money . Is that about it or am I missing something ??
I think the only thing you are missing is a basic understanding of how all stock markets work.
You are implying that you don't have the money to participate in these placements. I am sorry to hear that. I won't be able to keep up if they go big either. Let me ask you, with budgets tight how would you pay for a lawyer should this company act on your blatently libelous last sentence? I simply don't understand the reckless risk you are willing to take posting something that outrageous.

1. (Law) a person charged with and convicted of crime
The DOJ has given written clearance of ERHC and its management. In the case of that DOJ investigation...
1.) Nobody was convicted of any crime
... because...
2.) Nobody was charged with any crime
The DOJ cast a wide net in the William Jefferson investigation. Since Jeffeson has some involvement with past principals of ERHC, they took a look at the company... a very thorough look.
AND THEY FOUND NOTHING!
FWIW, I think it would be a safe action to post a retraction of that false and libelous statement.
People maintain anonymity for a reason and it is rarely noble.
