The best scams are invisible. If I took your wallet and gave you the finger as I ran away, you would see my face and could testify. On the other hand, if I carefully picked your pocket and you did not realize you were missing your wallet until you went to buy a cup of coffee a few hours later, detection and prosecution is less likely. Sadee, I think behind your too nice to be true personna is one savy person. You are too smart to continue to be scammed by this company.

Read George Schilling's resignation letter 10 more times. He would not have worded his letter this way if he did not think there was a scam going on. Why did he backdate the letter? He is trying to limit his liability. He either had poor legal advice or none. Look at all the simple typos.

Please accept this letter as my resignation as discussed with General Counsel, Mike Pizzi and Advisor to the Board, Carlos Mendoza on August 3, 2005. My position was intended to be intended to be interim until permanent replacement was appointed. I will continue to serve as acting CFO serving under written instructions from the Board of Directors for a limited time. Be aware that I am uninformed of any dealings and contracts signed by company officers or by Board Members previously to, and during My tenure. These documents have not been made available to me as interim CEO and I have no knowledge of the contents. I intend to continue to serve Calypso under the terms of my Executive Employment Agreements in a capacity that I can effectively assist in the success of the company.

Why did the new CPA firm run from this company? I don't care how busy they might be; no one runs from good business.

Does it not bother you that the pumpers are communicating secretly; that the company is releasing false and misleading statements and press releases and ASNAP was no where near the VON show, yet they continue to release PRs that say it was there. Calypso's own peorle did not show up if you can believe it. I guess they were too busy sorting through the resignations. IMHO I think they were afraid of getting process served on them in Massachusetts.

Who is left anyway?

Mr. Davila returns as President and CEO. Mr. Davila has precisouly been the Registrant's President and CEO from June 2003 to June 2004. During such period Mr. Davila led Calypso to the successful attainment of its ASNAP™, a patented technology, which covers the seamless roaming of voice, video and data between wide area network access points. Mr. Davila joined Calypso Wireless in February 1998 and became the Registrant's engineering manager in 1999. During 2000, Mr. Davila became vice president of sales for the Registrant. Mr. Davila received a degree in business administration from UNICA University. Mr. Davila, is the brother of Marco Sujo, the Registrant's Chief Operating Officer.

Davila is brought back (one of the hated "Three Amigos" perP2K). Davila had a large role in the China Telecom scam. He is the CEO that Schilling refered to in his e-mails to me in 2004-I posted these at least twice on this board.

I know the blind pumpers hate me on this board but I don't care. The truth always rules in the end and if I keep one innocent person like you from pouring their money in this scam before doing extensive research I will be happy.
