Yes, and someone already spent that 1000.00 this morning taking out that 1.3 Mil...only to have another 1.3MIL show up on the ask with the same MM, Retail ETRF, Etrade.

That tells me that a retail Investor accumulated the last few months at .0006-.0008, and has a few Million to unload.

So, yes, when we have some substance, Investors will be more confident to take out the Few Million that will be available until we hit .001.
