You can only hope that the PR talks about how the worlds 2nd largest steel company has JV'd this property in order to lock up an essential supply of Niobium presently 13 billion proven but expected to be in excess of 75 billion in reserves and will bring it to mine within 3 years at an expected 500 million in annual production, with full cooperation of the Canadian and Chinese governments. All barriers to make this a successful mine have already been remedied. Also they expect to be able to extract another 50 billion in various rare earths as part of the Niobium extraction and processing.
