Usually when a deal is announced, the share price quickly adjusts to the implied price. Our Chinese partner is providing $20M (or at least $20M?) for presumably half of the Nemegosenda project. That (very conservatively) values Nemegosenda at this point at $40M. Add another $5M valuation for Shining Tree, so $45M total. Divide by O/S 840M, that comes to $0.0536 per share. So very conservatatively imo, we should be trading at .0536 now. So is no one seeing this? Do folks not believe it? Is something holding us down? Very interesting the price here .....
