Form 3...just identifing themselves as an"INSIDER" and stating current common stk position (ie zipppppp) Don't realy know if this is an indication that he Will be acuiring shares or not. Then again, IF you have NO shares, DO you have to file a form 3?? I know if you do buy some shares, a form 4 is indicated. The realy GREAT news......(drum role please).....The form 3 filing to the SEC is proof that we are now a compling COMPANY!!!!!!!
