With the massive sell off the last few days for no reason and the pps going down, sure does look like a pre promo manipulation..... And also this is the week APS announces their pick yeah I know I know pure speculation and most likely not true whatsoever, but I'm just pointing it out, come to your own conclusions, could be just a pre promo drop for a random promoter which is still good even if not APS
