Form 3, I believe, is a prelude (lining up the ducks) to the potentiality of a Form 4 (which is a material change in insider holdings). I believe, with the filing of the Form 3, Haddock may now purchase shares on the open market, which would then necessitate the filing a of Form 4.

Does not indeed mean he will buy shares (or be granted them), but the proper procedures are now put in place, IMHO. Guess we shall see. Cheers~
