I have had a few killer flip trades in another and have a load of dry powder. I NEED a good size average down in here. The pops looks to have hit rock botton. I've been playing it cool and just watching to see what most of us are gonna do. I'll have to agree with ya, all those that wanted out, are out and just waiting.
Might be a good time to get some more
