Zoetis (PFE’s animal-health business) files SEC papers for IPO:

According to the current plan, the Zoetis IPO will be followed by a tax-free distribution of the remaining 80% to PFE shareholders during mid 2013. Zoetis has 9,000 worldwide employees and does more than $4B in annual sales.
