Longer: the Scheduling Order sets the exchange of expert-witness materials in January/February 2013. While a party could seek leave to file a motion for summary judgement (i.e., that that party wins on the law and undisputed facts), the Scheduling Order does not set a time for such dispositive motions (i.e., motions that dispose of the case). You might have a decision by this time next year... or not. Hard to say. But you also could theoretically have a decision much sooner, if the law plus the undisputed facts are clear.
