LLEN- they've been busy with filings tonight...more filings in AH...

My guess after reading the filings is that they're going to have some sort of JV or merger to announce soon, and the reduction in board members is being done to make room for new directors from the other party to the merger or JV. Then try for the dual listing.

And here I am with most of my shares sold today and the stock will probably double next week, lol.
