And as an oncologist friend of mine pointed out, Maruccoi had the foresight to hang onto CDX--1127 and not give it to BMY. (My oncologist friend thinks CDX-1127 is the real gem in the pipeline.)

I think Marucci will do a deal for 011, because he knows the development path is going to be complicated, arduous and expensive and CLDX can't handle this on its own, for precisely the reasons that you outlined.
